1) Have you always been a foodie? Which area do you like best? Do you treat food as one of the artistic areas to practice your photography skills?
Yes, I’ve always been a foodie. I’ve been vegetarian 20 years and vegan for 8 so I’m a plant-based foodie. I find being a plant-based foodie is more exciting because we tend to go crazy when one of our favorite recipes is veganized. It’s an inside joke that vegans will travel 100 plus miles just to try a new dish at a vegan restaurant.
2) What makes a good food photo? What’s the most important detail for taking a good Instagram photo?
Clarity of the details, color vibrancy, angle and hopefully a moment caught in the act of enjoying the meal. With the rainbow pizza pic, I literally snapped the shot with my phone camera as one guest was taking the first slice. It was my favorite pic.
3) Finally, share with our readers one of the must-visit eating places in your country/city, and why?
Ethos Vegan Kitchen in Orlando, Florida has amazing food. It’s a perfect place for anyone who is interested in exploring plant-based recipes as well as anyone who is vegan/vegetarian. Note: Try the pizza ?
